Train the Nervous System
A practical course for PTs and PTAs who want a structured way to address balance dysfunction, neurologic impairment, and functional instability using neuroplastic, movement-based training principles.
Restore Functional Movement
Learn how to apply progressive neurofunctional movement strategies to improve balance, coordination, movement confidence, and functional mobility in older adults and neurologic populations.
This is Part 2 of the Mobility-X NFI Balance Certification Level 1 pathway: a 12-hour Live Workshop CE course for PTs and PTAs.

Meet the Founder
Jeff Frankart founded Mobility-X and created Neuroplastic Functional Integration after decades of military and clinical work with traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, polytrauma, and neurologic rehabilitation. A retired U.S. Army Physical Therapist, Jeff served for 30 years, including 10 years overseas supporting combat-related rehabilitation environments. That experience shaped the Mobility-X Neurofunctional System: a clinical framework designed to help PTs and PTAs progress balance, movement confidence, functional mobility, and real-world recovery.
